Metaphor Analysis

The metaphor that I will be explaining is when Romeo said this speech: "From this world-wearied flesh. Eyes, look your last! Arms, take your last embrace! and, lips, O you The doors of breath, seal with a righteous kiss A dateless bargain to engrossing death! Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavoury guide! Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on The dashing rocks thy sea-sick weary bark! Here’s to my love!" This speech by Romeo is before he bows out of life for Juliet! This also show how Romeo has lost faith in God because he believes that Juliet has died. "Thou desperate pilot" shows a great example of God being Romeo's pilot but as a desperate God.
